Descrizione

Questo kit completo di valvole Barkeeper è la scelta ideale per qualsiasi configurazione tubeless. Le valvole sono facili da installare e progettate per essere compatibili al 100% con tutte le marche e tipologie di ruote. Lavorate CNC in alluminio aerospaziale serie 7075, presentano un innovativo design a 5 fori per un flusso d’aria ottimale e piena compatibilità con gli inserti. La sede per chiave a brugola da 4 mm consente un montaggio e smontaggio semplice della valvola. Resistenti a temperatura, raggi UV e ozono. Compatibili con tutte le pompe manuali e da pavimento con valvola Presta.

Modalità d’uso
  1. Rimuovi il tappo della valvola, la ghiera di bloccaggio e l’o-ring dallo stelo della valvola.
  2. Seleziona la base in gomma corretta per il tuo cerchio. Se il cerchio è curvo, utilizza la base in gomma circolare e scegli la larghezza corretta. Se il cerchio è squadrato, utilizza la base in gomma quadrata. Assicurati che la base sia completamente inserita fino in fondo alla valvola prima dell’installazione.
  3. Inserisci la valvola attraverso il foro del cerchio dall’esterno verso il centro. Posiziona l’o-ring sulla punta della valvola e fallo scorrere verso il basso fino a farlo aderire al cerchio.
  4. Avvita la ghiera di bloccaggio sulla valvola e stringila contro l’o-ring e il cerchio.
  5. Usa una chiave a brugola da 4 mm nella base della valvola per tenerla ferma dall’interno e premi la base della valvola contro il canale del cerchio. Allo stesso tempo, stringi la ghiera fino a serrarla a mano. È normale che l’o-ring fuoriesca leggermente: questo indica una chiusura ermetica. Non stringere eccessivamente la ghiera per evitare perdite d’aria.
  6. Se desideri utilizzare i tappi valvola, puoi scegliere i due tappi neri oppure sostituirne uno con il tappo viola dotato di funzione di rimozione del nucleo valvola sull’altra ruota.
  7. Quando scegli la lunghezza della valvola, considera almeno 15 mm di margine tra la valvola e il cerchio.

The 4mm Allen key slot in the base of the Barkeeper Valves ensures easy installation and a leak-free tubeless set-up. The included valve cap with the integrated valve-core tool, enables fast installation and refill without the need for additional tools.

Barkeeper Valves are extremely light, and super strong. The use of 7075 series aluminium keeps rotational weight to a minimum, whilst achieving maximum performance, durability, and impact resistance.

Maximum compatibility

Barkeeper Valves come with 3 types of rubber bases, ensuring a leak-free seal with every rim shape. The 5-hole design ensures optimal airflow and sealant dispersion, even when used in combination with a tire insert.

Fijne set!

Fijne set ventielen waarvan het vooral een plus is dat je meerdere vormen rubbertjes bijgeleverd krijgt waardoor het in verschillende velg vormen goed passend te installeren is. Het ventiel heeft meerdere openingen waardoor er ook een goede doorstroom van lucht is.
De core tool is een fijne toevoeging, leuk dat hij paars is, echter deze is qua passing wel wat ruim op de ventiel kern. Hierdoor wil hij nog weleens doordraaien over de ventielkern heen., de passing of de grip hiervan zou dus iets verbeterd kunnen worden.
