At Dynamic, we believe that every customer should be satisfied. Therefore, you can return any item purchased on this website (www.dynamicbikecare.com) for any reason within 100 days of receipt.

What if you want to change something about your order?

If you want to change something about your placed order before we have shipped it, please contact us via email (service@dynamicbikecare.com). We can also cancel the order for you. If you want to return or exchange a purchased product, please follow the instructions provided.

Return Conditions

If you want to return or exchange a purchased product, please follow these instructions:

  • Register the product for return by sending an email to service@dynamicbikecare.com. We will contact you within 2 working days with the relevant information.
  • If you believe the product is defective or damaged, or if there are other complaints, please contact us by email: service@dynamicbikecare.com.
  • The return address is:

  • We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the products.
  • We will use the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such a refund.
  • All costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be made via regular parcel services such as PostNL, DHL, GLS, and DPD.
  • For international orders, paid VAT, import duties, or customs fees will not be refunded.
  • Dynamic can only accept returns of products purchased on this website.
  • All non-tangible items purchased are non-refundable.
  • We cannot provide return packaging, so we recommend keeping the original packaging for the duration of the return period.
  • Dynamic is not responsible for any shipping costs, or the risk of loss or damage to the returned products during transport to Dynamic. Dynamic does not accept responsibility for any damage, including consequential damage, arising from or related to the use of its products, or for damage incurred during shipment of the product.
  • Dynamic reserves the right to modify, improve, or replace any returned product without prior notice with a similar or equivalent product. Dynamic is not obligated to improve the product.
  • All returned products must be in the same condition as at the time of sale, including all parts, accessories, and manuals. If returns are received incomplete, additional costs or partial refunds may be charged.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Warranty 

Warranty conditions

Dynamic strives to provide the highest possible quality at all times. If you still have complaints, please let us know immediately. The following warranty conditions apply in addition to the provisions in Dynamic's general terms and conditions.

For all items you buy from us, the statutory warranty applies. Statutory warranty means that a product must be or do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The additional warranty period for new Dynamic products is two years, offered by Dynamic Bike Care BV, calculated from the date of purchase or, if the product is not delivered directly on the purchase date, the date on which the product is delivered. The warranty only applies to the first owner of the product. In addition, the warranty only applies if an original proof of purchase can be provided. The additional warranty/manufacturer's warranty we offer does not affect the statutory warranty.

Warranty procedure

Send in your request with information such as name, address, phone number, and a copy of your proof of purchase. If the product falls under the warranty, it will generally be replaced free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. If you wish to return or exchange a purchased product, we ask that you follow the instructions below. (Please note: the return shipping costs are your responsibility.) To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (by email to info@dynamicbikecare.com). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

The procedure we follow is as follows:
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. You will be deemed to have met the deadline if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
