Return policy

At Dynamic, we keep returns fair and transparent. All products purchased via www.dynamicbikecare.com come with a 100-day return period. Not satisfied? You can return your item for any reason within 100 days after receiving it.

Return Conditions

If you want to return a purchased product, please follow these instructions:

  • Return request: Register your return by emailing service@dynamicbikecare.com. Use this email address for all return requests, including defective or damaged products or any other complaints. We reply within 2 working days with the relevant information.
  • For orders placed within the EU the return address is:

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Original shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
  • Payment method: Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise. No extra fees apply.
  • Return shipping: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be made via regular parcel services such as PostNL, DHL, GLS, and DPD.
  • International orders: Paid VAT, import duties, or customs fees will not be refunded.
  • Website purchases only: We only accept returns for products purchased via dynamicbikecare.com.
  • Non-refundable items: Digital or non-tangible products cannot be returned.
  • Packaging: We don’t provide return packaging. We recommend keeping the original packaging for the duration of the return period.
  • Risk during transport: Dynamic is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping or for damage caused by product use. Returned products are shipped at your own risk.
  • Modify returned products: Dynamic reserves the right to modify, improve, or replace any returned products without prior notice with a similar or equivalent product. Dynamic is not obligated to improve the product.
  • Product condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as when sold, including all parts, accessories, and manuals. Incomplete returns may result in partial refunds or additional charges.
  • Fair use: You are only liable for any diminished value of the products caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses: If a return is caused by incorrect/missing address details or any issues related to customs or importing, shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (excluding the carrier), physically receive the products.
If you wish to return a product, please follow the return instructions/ use this model withdrawal form. Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

As long as your withdrawal notice is sent before the 14-day period expires, the withdrawal period is met.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs. If only part of your order is returned, delivery costs will not be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer will not be refunded. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning. This means you may handle and inspect the products in the same way as you would in a physical store. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. You meet this deadline if the products are returned before the 14-day period has expired.

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you may submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
