Application

Shake the bottle to ensure an even distribution of Hi-Tec Fibre particles. Mount your tyre onto the rim and initially inflate without sealant until the tyre pops into place. Deflate the tyre and remove the valve core. Inject the desired amount of sealant through the de-cored valve. Reinsert the valve core and reinflate the tire to the desired pressure. Go for a short ride to distribute the sealant around the inside of your tyre and rim.

Advised amount per tyre:
- Road: 30-45ml
- MTB 26", Cross / Gravel: 60-75ml
- MTB 29": 100-140ml
- Downhill: 120-140ml

Always add the amount from the top of the correct range when installing new tires. This ensures that porous tires are sealed and there is enough left to ensure a quick seal in case of a puncture.

Dynamic Barkeeper Pro is the only choice when a puncture can mean the difference between winning and losing. The Pro formula uses an optimal viscosity to enable fast and even distribution of the sealant around the tyre. This results in instant sealing effectivity as the sealant is always immediately present at the site of a puncture.

Barkeeper Pro does not ball up or dry out and can be topped up without removing the old sealant. It is engineered for use on- and off-road, with pressures between 1 and 8 bar. Barkeeper works between -20°C to +50°C and is compatible with CO₂ cartridges. The formula is 100% carbon safe, ammonia free, hypo allergenic, skin safe and non-corrosive.

Werkt niet.....

Mijn nieuwe Canyon Aeroad is in Maart 2025 geleverd met Continental Grandprix 5000 S TR.
Echter waren er nog binnenbanden gemonteerd en tubeless ventielen werden los meegeleverd.

Ik heb Barkeeper Pro gebruikt om over te gaan op tubeless in Juni 2025.
Ik heb hiermee echter 2 zeer slechte ervaringen opgedaan....

1e keer zat er een gaatje in van 4-5 mm, waarschijnlijk door een stukje glas oid. (Zie foto's)
Getracht om de band meerdere malen opnieuw op te pompen, echter zonder resultaat.
De sealant lekt gewoon door het gaatje heen zonder af te dichten.

De tweede keer (Na montage van een nieuwe GP 5000 S TR) zat er een gaatje in dat amper zichtbaar was... (3e foto) Wederom hetzelfde resultaat; De sealant lekt vrolijk uit de band zonder zijn werk te doen.....

Ook na 3x opnieuw oppompen geen resultaat.

Bij thuiskomst alles goed schoon gemaakt en weer gewoon binnenbanden gemonteerd.....einde tubeless avontuur. ;-(

Effective but ...

I was finally able to test this product in real-life puncture conditions... a 5mm gash caused by a piece of glass.
The product was effective, it allowed me to get home :) ! The tire lost just about 2 bars of pressure before the product sealed the gash, with 4 bars remaining, I was able to continue my journey.
I just have one major criticism: why add fluorescent green dye to the product ? :(
The latex Barkeeper still sprayed thoroughly the rear before sealing. ( see pic )
This green dye is very difficult to get back on clothes and the bike; my jersey is permanently stained, and I'm glad I don't have a white bike... The same product without dye would be better !
Oh yeah, OK, the color is a fun selling point... <:\ In practice, though, I don't like it !
