Returns & warranty
At Dynamic we greatly value customer satisfaction. Therefore you may return any item purchased from this website (dynamicbikecare.com) for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and send back in the original packaging.
In case you would like to return or exchange a purchased product, please follow the instructions set forth below:
- Please apply for a return authorization by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you within 2 working days with the relevant information. You can use this document.
- If you believe that the product is defective or damaged, or if there are other complaints, please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com.
If you need to change something about your order
If you would like to change something in your order before we’ve shipped the product, please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot change the order, but we can cancel it for you.
Additional conditions for return policy
- We will reimburse all payments, including delivery costs, after receiving the returned product.
- We will use the same payment method as used when buying the product, unless you agree to another method.
- All costs related to sending back the product are paid by the consumer.
- For international orders, any VAT, duties, or customs fees paid are non-refundable.
- Dynamic can only accept returns of products made on the website.
- Any non-tangible items purchased are non-refundable.
- We are not able to provide return packaging, therefore we recommend keeping the original packaging for the duration of the return period.
- Dynamic is not responsible for any shipping charges, risk of loss or damages to the returned products while in transit to Dynamic.
- All returned products need to be in the same condition as when sold, including all parts, accessories and manuals. In case returns are received incomplete may be subject to additional charges or partial refund.
Dynamic aims to provide the highest possible quality at all times. Nevertheless, should you have any complaints please notify us immediately. The following warranty conditions apply without prejudice to the stipulations in Dynamic’s General Terms and Conditions.
The warranty period for new Dynamic products is two years, calculated from the date of purchase or, if the product is not delivered immediately on the date of purchase, the date that the product is delivered. The warranty applies to the first owner of the product only. Moreover, the warranty only applies if an original proof of purchase can be furnished.
Please send in your request information such as name, address, telephone and a copy of your proof of purchase. You can use this document. If the product is covered by the warranty, it will generally be replaced free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
Dynamic reserves the right to change, improve or replace any returned product without notice by a similar or equivalent product. Dynamic is not obliged to improve the product. Dynamic assumes no responsibility for any damages, including consequential damages, arising out of or relating to the use of its products, or for damages arisen during the shipment of the product.
